Skills:
** Strong OO concepts, analysis and design as applicable to large distributed applications.
4-6 years of solid software development experience using C++ and preferably some JAVA on Unix and Windows preferably for large distributed multi-tier application.
** EMS/MQ Messaging, SOA, Socket programming, VC++, MFC, Win32/SDK, COM/DCOM, ActiveX a plus.
** Strong enterprise DBMS ** preferably Sybase
** UNIX and Windows Proficiency. Knowledge of various tools like awk, sed, and scripting languages like Perl a plus.

Relevant Skills/Qualifications
** Be able to integrate with the existing team both locally and in remote locations
** Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
** Responsive with an attention to detail
** sense of ownership and driven to manage tasks to completion
** delivery focused
** Understanding of OTC derivative products and confirmation and settlement process is big plus
