Skills: JAVA, Struts, Web applications, J2EE, OO, XML
Required - Experience with more than one large scale websphere portal
deployment. The person must have both implementation and operation
experience
* Required ** Experience with Websphere Portal
* Required - Experience with J2EE development esp. portlet development
using Rational development tools. Experience must include integrating Java,
.Net and Domino applications
* Required - Experience with web development especially using web
standards
* Required - Experience with AJAX, FLASH, etc development
* Required - Experience with Websphere Application Server
(installation, tuning and performance)
* Preferred - Experience with Portal development lifecycle
* Preferred - Experience with other IBM portal components (like Content
Mgr, TAM, etc.)
