For the past ten (10) years this consulting firm has worked with leading organizations throughout North America providing: quality management, assurance, supply chain assurance, strategic planning, risk management, security and compliance and professional development services.

In this role, the Process Engineer will lend his/her expertise to the re-engineering of a privately held manufacturing facility. He / she will work closely with upper management to:

? Review all mechanical processes in the manufacturing of insulation, hydroponic plant material and pipe wrap
? Develop a proposal that will ensure effective and efficient manufacture, maintenance, change over and down time management
? Contribute to the full review of all supporting administration processes and their interrelation to manufacturing

The successful applicant will have:

Five (5) years previous Process Engineering experience, prefer chemical background
Proven successful track record of working in a unionized environment
Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
