Scope of work/responsibilities:
We are seeking a Procurement Administrator to support and execute purchasing
functions. Duties include: 1) maintaining both vendor and internal client
relationships; 2) identifying request requirement, creating and fulfilling
of the purchase orders; and 3) reporting expenditures based on requirement.
Required skills/qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have 2+ years of customer
services experience, excellent communications skills and ideally 1+ year of
buying or procurement/purchasing support experience. Candidate will also
have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products specifically
Excel and Word, knowledge of technical terminology and technical
understanding of computer hardware/software, and good knowledge of Oracle
Financials and basic accounting practices. Individual will have excellent
organizational and multi tasking skills ( . must be detail oriented and
possess and aptitude for accuracy).
