We all have problems. My canoe doesn't have those
problems, but it is a bit too wide to fit comfortably on
the roof rack so I had to build a couple of extensions.
Didn't need to have it done in Europe, just went to my
workshop. My problems and solutions fit my budget,
just like Larry Ellison's fit his. Probably a law of
nature in there somewhere. :-)
