Scope of work/responsibilities:

We are seeking a Reports Developer to create metrics reporting for our
client's Genesys call centre. Candidate will create reports using Crystal
Reports and BRIO against an Oracle database (via ODBC, create joins and
queries) and help optimize speed. Preference will be given to individuals
with experience developing reports for call centre platforms such as
Genesys, Nuance, etc.
