Skills: WBT, Instructional Design,

* Understanding of our Client**s WBT course content with knowledge of Instructional Design.
* Meet with the client and help define clients** learning needs
* Develop course customizations that are most efficient for the client and for course development.
* Liaison between all involved personnel to oversee the drafting of content
* Write content for client**s nonstandard course customization requests
* Coordinate the media production of online courses, which will involve identifying actors and locations for video and/or photo shoots from the course content.
* Creating audio scripts for actors for audio recordings from the course content.
* Communicate content requirements to graphic artists and developers for the development of online courses.
* Develop and maintain a template storyboard for courses and update current storyboards.
* Develop and maintain customization documents
