Skills: Authoring test plans and documenting requirements, testing .NET applications, some .NET development, XML, and XML Schema

Must have a working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies.
* Experience with or C#.
* Very familiar with the WS-I Basic profile, WS-Addressing, WS-Security, UDDI, WSDL, SOAP, and HTTP.
* Experience in XML, XML Schema, XML SOM, XSLT, Namespaces, XQuery, and XPath.
* Experienced in software project documentation including functional requirements, design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Self-starter who is highly organized, learns quickly, able to work independently and in teams.
* Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Five or more years experience.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering field.
