* Seven years of experience as a technology support person.
* Experience with distributed systems (HTTP, Networking, multi-tier environment)
* Working knowledge of UNIX and SOLARIS operating system
* Experience specifying SUN hardware and Solaris operating system configurations needed to meet functionality, performance, capacity, and stability objectives
* Experience developing systems to monitor the status and performance of SUN UNIX hardware and operating systems
* Experience trouble-shooting SUN hardware and software problems
* Must have proven experience installing and configuring an Apache web server
* Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills demonstrated in complex projects and support functions
* Strong written and oral communication skills
