Must have 3 years experience with .NET platform, most recently with or
C# development
Winforms
CAB (component UI Application Blocks)/SmartClient
MVC (Model-View Controller Design Pattern)
OOP (Object Oriented programming and design)
Demonstrated proficiency with SQL (SQL Server 2005 is used on project). Ability to query the DB during the unit testing to validate results.
Must have worked with a moderate to large development team.
Self starter, not a junior resource
Fluent in English (read, write and verbal)
