Test Lead

Responsibilities

=B7 Participates in assigned projects from requirements development to
acceptance =B7 Works with the project team to create and gain approval
for the overall test strategy that meets the needs of the project. =B7
Works with their resource manager and the Project Manager to staff the
project test team =B7 Communicates to the team analysis of requirements,
test plans, accomplishments, status, risks, and issues =B7 Creates or
oversees the creation of test plans and objectives, reviews and
analyzes test procedures/cases, and reports high level project test
summaries =B7 Must be able to accurately plan and effectively manage
test schedules, milestones, activities, and resources =B7 Works closely
with other team members and project managers while planning and
executing the test cycle =B7 Coordinates all test activities at both the
local and off-shore organization =B7 Partners with the project team and
uses the defect-tracking database to make sure all defects are
effectively tracked and addressed for all assigned projects

Qualifications EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

=B7 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent
experience =B7 At least five years of experience in product testing
including at least one year of test project leadership KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS & ABILITIES

=B7 Full understanding of tools, QA processes, software architecture,
and working knowledge of networks and system design =B7 Good
organizational skills =B7 Good application knowledge and usage awareness
=B7 Good collaboration and teamwork skills =B7 Good communication skills =
=B7
Flexibility/adaptability to change =B7 Ability to take initiative and be
accountable =B7 Motivation to continue personal and professional
development
