3+ years of web development, including DHTML/CSS, JavaScript and Knowledge of the following programming languages: , HTML, XML, JavaScript, Java, PHP.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong troubleshooting skills

Experience writing technical specs and driving them through development

Flash action scripting experience

Flash integration with exterior data sources and dynamic SWF generation a big plus

Experience with two and three tier web architecture.

Strong understanding of browser compatibility issues.

Strong website development and maintenance skills.

Ability to perform multiple project tasks.
